I have built up an extensive network in the yachting world, also as a result of running an offshore sailing school, since 2000. Moreover, I am a certified online marketing specialist and webdesigner, I love yacht photography and yacht video production and I am a certified drone pilot. These techniques I apply in my yacht brokerage activities. The internet is today’s sales marina and a second to none online presence is essential in my approach. Over the years Sea Independent has accumulated a large database of potential yacht buyers and organized that in a CRM system. We use this system extensively to actively offer your yacht to buyers specifically interested in this type of yacht.
Sea Independent strictly separates money involved in the sales transactions from its operational bank accounts by means of an escrow account. This escrow account is managed by a foundation whose only purpose is to securely manage the financial part of a sales agreement.
