Bermudan Cutter for sale

Fred Shepherd’s boats always imbued the best of the English pre war designs; beautiful of course, capable at sea and so natural in their element when sailing. It is hard to criticise the treatment given by her current owner who restored her in 2002 and has rendered her a fast yet easy to sail vintage yacht to his and his familys full enjoyment – just as much as that of her first owner a century ago! She was originally designed in 1913 for a family with 5 boys all of whom were to serve their country in the First World War. Remarkably, they all returned and the building proceeded. She was launched in 1919. The first owners lived in Woodbridge on the river Deben, were she was kept on a mooring. Now she is for sale and viewings are highly recommended.
