Skippered yacht charter in Brittany and Channel Islands
Brittany is one of the most beautiful sailing areas in the world. There is a subtropical climate and there is often a nice sea breeze, making it a sailing area for real offshore sailors. There is a tremendous tidal current and range, so this is one of the most challenging sailing areas in the world. It is a must to spend the night in the tidal harbor of St. Peter Port and of course at a mooring buoy in one of the quiet anchor bays. Sailing in this area offers Breton fishing ports with cozy fish restaurants and on the other hand the typical English Channel Islands, such as Guernsey, Jersey, Sark and Alderney.
From Paris it is very easy to reach St. Malo by TGV. The trainstation is on walking distance from the marina.
Starting from St. Malo it is possible to sail along the coast of Brittany or visit the Channel Islands.
If you charter a sailing yacht with a skipper/sailing instructor, you don’t need to have any experience.
